Director, General Administration (GA)

Mr. Steve H. Aggor, is the Director, General Administration. He had his ‘O’ Level education at the Bishop Herman College, Kpando. He proceeded to have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics in the University of Ghana and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Manchester. He also holds a Bachelor of  Law Degree (LLB) from the MountCrest University.

Mr. Aggor began his civil service career at the Survey Department Headquarters, Cartographic Section as a Technical Officer GD. He later worked as an Assistant Director IIB at Mines Directorate of Ministry of Lands and Forestry from 1992 to 1994. During this period, he helped establish the new Mines Division in the then Ministry of Mines and Energy. He was reassigned to the Ministry of Health as an Assistant Director IIA in 1997.

In 2003, he was reassigned to Ministry of Defence and in 2004, he was promoted to Deputy Director (Administration). He coordinated the Defence Reform Study Tour in Johannesburg, South Africa.

He was posted to the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing in 2006 where he was assigned to the Housing Directorate. He became a Director in 2009.

Mr. Steve H. Aggor exhibits an exceptional combination of management skills and extensive experience in organizational management and leadership.
