The Hungarian Ambassador Paid A Courtesy Call To The Honorable Minister
The Hungarian Ambassador to Ghana, Mr. Andras Szabo called on the Honourable Minister yesterday 20th October, 2016 at his office in Accra. The New Ambassador after formally introducing himself presented his letter of credence to His Excellency the President a month ago. Discussions with the Hon. Minister centred on Hungarian investments in the Water and Housing Sectors of the Ghanaian economy and said currently some water projects by Hungary is being executed in Kumasi.
He however, expressed increased interest in the Housing Sector to enable investors from Hungary to partake in. The Honourable Minister on His part said government is ready to partner Hungarian businessmen in all sectors of the economy particularly in the Housing Sector which currently has a deficit of 1.7million and lauded Hungary’s desire to invest in that direction.
Present at the meeting was the Hon. Deputy Minister, Samuel Yaw Adusei, the Chief Director, Alhaji Ziblim Yakubu, and the Director of Water, Mr. Fred Addai.
