General Administration

Alberta S. Kwarko joined the Civil Service in 1994. She has risen through the ranks to become a Director in April 2010. She joined the Ministry of Works and Housing in 2014, as the Director, RSIM.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Swahili and Sociology and a Master in Business Administration (Human Resource) both from the University of Ghana, Legon. She undertook the following courses in Certificate in Public Administration, Senior Management and Human and Management Programme.

She has worked with the Scholarship Secretariat, Ministry of Mines, Office of the Head Of Civil Service and Ministry of Employment, and Labour Relations.
